Privacy Policy

Uzbekcha (“we”, “us”) is a product of UzVIP, an app studio based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. This policy explains what we collect on the website uzbekcha.app, why, and what your choices are. When the Uzbekcha mobile app launches, this policy will be updated to cover it before you can sign in.
What we collect on this website
Waitlist signups. When you join the waitlist we store the email address you enter, the language and reason you select (optional), the page and button you used, the country your request came from (derived by our hosting provider from your IP address, without storing the IP itself), your browser’s user-agent string, and the date and time. We use this to send you one launch email, a launch offer, and, if you replied to a survey, to contact you about it. We do not send a newsletter.
Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you. It records aggregate page views, referrers, country, browser and device type.
Emails you send us. If you write to hello@uzbekcha.app we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to help you.
What we do not do. No advertising, no advertising trackers, no selling or renting of personal data, no cookies for tracking. The site sets no cookies of its own.
Where data is stored and who processes it
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, stores waitlist records (Cloudflare Workers KV), and provides analytics and DNS. Cloudflare operates a global network; records may be replicated across regions.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site. Loading a font sends your IP address and browser details to Google. You can block this in your browser without affecting the text.
- Email. Our mailbox is provided by Google Workspace.
We do not use any other third-party processors for the website.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process waitlist data on the basis of your consent (you asked to be notified) and our legitimate interest in understanding demand for the product. Analytics data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest and is not personally identifiable.
How long we keep it
Waitlist records are kept until Uzbekcha launches and for 12 months afterwards, then deleted, unless you have created an account by then. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing, by emailing hello@uzbekcha.app from the address in question. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Children
The website and waitlist are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use waitlist data, we will email the waitlist first.
