These terms cover the website uzbekcha.app and its waitlist, operated by UzVIP (“we”, “us”), Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Separate terms will apply to the Uzbekcha mobile app and any subscription when it launches; you will be asked to accept them before creating an account.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. It is a request to be told when Uzbekcha launches. It is not a purchase, a pre-order, or a guarantee of access, pricing, features, or a launch date. Any “founding-member” or launch offer we announce will have its own conditions at the time.

The free phrasebook and blog

The phrasebook, blog and other learning content on this site are provided for personal, non-commercial use. We work hard to keep the Uzbek accurate, but language content is offered “as is” without a warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, or official translations.

Intellectual property

The Uzbekcha name, mark, design and content on this site belong to UzVIP unless stated otherwise. You may link to any page. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not copy the site, its content or its design wholesale, republish the phrasebook or blog posts, or use them to train a commercial language model, without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not try to disrupt the site, probe or abuse the waitlist endpoint, submit other people’s email addresses, or scrape the site at a rate that affects other visitors.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you additional protections, those protections still apply.
